Job Creation Requirements?
One of the major differences between the Trump Gold Card and the EB-5 Visa is the unclear status of job creation requirements. Under EB-5, investors had to create at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers.

As of now, three possibilities exist:
1️⃣ No Job Creation Requirement – Investors may only need to make the payment, with no obligation to create jobs.
2️⃣ Encouraged but Not Mandatory – The program may incentivize business investments that generate employment but without strict job targets.
3️⃣ Mandatory Job Creation – There may still be some level of job creation requirement, but likely more flexible than EB-5.
📌 Until official regulations are announced, investors should be prepared for any of these possibilities.
⚖️ What This Means for Investors
The Trump Gold Card is shaping up to be one of the most significant economic immigration programs in U.S. history. If structured as a direct payment model, it could be one of the fastest and simplest ways to obtain a U.S. Green Card. If business investment is required, it may provide economic benefits while remaining easier than EB-5.
